NUTRITION

Often nutrition is confused with the taking of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Adequate nutrition is a function of proper diet in conjunction with supplements that are required to meet our nutritional needs. Our office provides nutritional testing through soft tissue mineral analysis, pH testing and other forms of testing in order to provide adequate diet recommendations and PROPER supplement support to meet the needs of our patients. Organic, non-animal tested, dairy-free and gluten-free products are a priority when applicable.
Remember day-to-day nutritional needs are very different than therapeutic nutritional needs when trying to overcome any disease or condition effecting your overall health and wellness.
THERAPY
Stires Chiropractic Center is able to provide a full range of Physiotherapy services to aid in the recovery of soft tissue and structural injuries resulting from auto accidents, work related injuries, sports or everyday activities.
The Center provides electrotherapy, traction therapy and inversion therapy, in addition to exercise techniques using Therabands or tubing for core strength and improved balance. Dr. Stires is a Certified Kinesio Taping Practitioner, for Kinesio Taping and athletic taping.
In addition to active therapies, Stires Massage Center provides manual active and passive massage therapy by licensed professional massage therapists for support in the HEALING and WELLNESS interests of our patients.
Stires Chiropractic Center also has Medy-Jet Therapy available to our patients. This unique therapy aids in the reduction of muscle spasm and tension, improved circulation, increased metabolism, increased lymphatic flow and a general sense of well being.
